The final element in this process involves rigorous technical screening by experienced recruiters. All of our recruiters come from an IT background, and are able to determine the strongest and most Technically qualified candidates. We will then put these applicants through an on-line “Tech” test using the services of www.proveit.com. If the applicant scores a high score, the references are then checked and if all is well, then the Applicant’s resumes is subsequently prepared for client presentation, review, and interview. The test results are also submitted, if requested by the client.
